Functional responsibilities: In order to implement the Partnership Development Strategy, the Partnership develops and ensures the implementation of a long- and medium-term functional strategy in the field of financial management, the formation and implementation of financial and tariff policy, in order to increase the economic efficiency of the Association’s activities and business development.

Based on the EU Development Strategy and the Partnership Development Strategy, is responsible for the short-, medium- and long-term planning of the Partnership’s financial and economic activities, the formation of perspective and ongoing businesscash plans and budgets, taking into account the analysis of financial results, assessment and minimization of financial risks, control their implementation, carry out effective management of financial flows, evaluates financial and investment projects, Financial requirements of the Partnership, coordinates the planning/implementation of the tariff budget, organizes and coordinates the process of formation and adjustment of the operational plans of production, financial and commercial activities (business plans) Partnerships, harmonization and cross-referencing of all sections to achieve strategic and forward-looking goals.

In accordance with international standards, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the normative documents of the EU and the Partnership are responsible for the development/implementation of accounting and tax policies, improvement of the system of management accounting, Keeping accounting and tax records in the Partnership and preparation of financial statements, controls the conduct of accounts with counterparties, movement of bank accounts and cash payments, timely resolution of issues of financial borrowing, Issue and repayment of Partnership guarantees, organizes the provision of operational and project activities with financial resources, organizes work on placement and management of temporarily free funds, in order to ensure financial sustainability and solvency.

Graduated from: Kazakh National University Al-Farabi majoring in «Management», (2005); Master’s degree in New York University in «Public administration», Master of Public Administration (2009).

The total work experience is more than 20 years. The work biography was started in 2004 by the dealer of the Treasury Department of JSC «Temirbank». From 2005 to 2007 the manager of JSC «НК ҚазҒарыш».

«Samruk-Energo» JSC worked from June 2009 to July 2012 as the general manager of the Department of Investment Management, then as the director of the Department of Corporate Finance. From August 2012 to September 2017 in the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC «Kazakhstan Center of Public-Private Partnership». From September 2017 to January 2020 in the position of Executive Director for Strategy and Economy of JSC «Kazpost». From 2020 to 2024 as director of PPP LLP «КТС».

On the basis of the decision of the Supervisory Board of «KAP Technology» LLP from May 28, 2024 Protocol 7/24 from May 29, 2024 was appointed to the post of Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance of «KAP Technology» LLP.
