A citizen of the republic of Kazakhstan. Born in 1980.
    She graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in economics and accounting (1997-2001).

• 2015 - CFO Diploma (E&Y business academy)
• 2015-2016 - Master’s Degree from MEPhI

     O. Zaitseva started her career at “Dana-Consulting” auditing company as an auditor assistant in 1998.  Prior to joining to NAC Kazatomprom JSC, she worked in different positions: a chief accounting officer for Net InfoDistributions Ltd., an economist-accountant at Uni Commerce, a general manager in the accounting and finance office of the budget management in Vostok-Tsement PJSC. From 2004 through 2013, she served various functions in Gornorudnaya Kompaniya LLP (Holding of NAC Kazatomprom JSC) starting as an expert and through being promoted to the position of a general manager of overall economic administration. From September 2013 to present holds a position of a Director of Management Statements Consolidation and Analysis Office, Department of Economics and Planning, NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC dated November 4, 2021, he was elected a member of the Supervisory Board of KAP Technology LLP.
