Functional Responsibilities: In accordance with the Development Strategy of the EU and the Partnership,forms the strategic vision for production development, identifies priority areas related to the creation and development of production within the Partnership, coordinates issues of science and innovation, ensures the development of an action plan to optimize the production and management processes of the Partnership's production block to organize work to improve the efficiency of business processes and IT services, considering the effects and benefits for the Partnership, ensures the uninterrupted production process and stable product output. He ensures the reliable and safe operation of information systems, equipment, and communication means of the telecommunications network of the Kazatomprom JSC group (air and cable communication lines, automatic telephone exchanges and branches, wireless communication equipment, fire and security alarm devices, etc.), internal, long-distance, and international telephone communication, production radio communication, and internet communication to create conditions for the uninterrupted operation of equipment and all means of communication; monitors and oversees the timely fulfillment of requests to prevent/minimize possible risks, ensure the uninterrupted operation of IT services and proper operation of IT infrastructure and equipment, and improve the quality of service provided. He coordinates work on the maintenance of the SAP information system while complying with information security protocols to ensure the functionality and full integration of key areas of activity on a unified technological platform.

He is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, born in 1986. He graduated from the Institute of Management with a degree in Computer Engineering and Software (2009), the Financial Academy with a degree in Finance (2014), and Geneva Business School with an MBA in International Management (2020).

He began his career in 2004 at KazInterSoft LLP as a web developer programmer. From 2007, he worked at various LLPs as an engineer-programmer and project manager. In 2009, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Financial Monitoring Committee, as a chief expert. From 2013 to 2014, he worked at Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP as the chief manager of the Information Security Service. From 2014, he worked at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Communication and Information as the Head of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Control Department. From 2015, he worked at Baylanis-NAC LLP as a project manager in the project development department of the CSC and EKST. Since 2016, he worked at KAP Technology LLP as the Director of the Operations Department, Deputy General Director for Development. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at Tau-Ken Samruk JSC as the Director of the Information Technology Department and Head of the Digitalization Office. Since 2021, he worked at Kazpost JSC as the Director of the Information Systems Operation Directorate branch. Since 2021, he founded a startup project in the field of virtual reality education (EdTech) at IN-VR LTD. Since 2023, he worked at the National Accreditation Center RSE of MIT RK as an Advisor to the General Director. Since September 2023, he has been the Director of the Infrastructure Technical Support Department at KAP Technology LLP. Based on the decision of the Supervisory Board of KAP Technology LLP dated July 1, 2024, protocol No. 9/24, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Production of KAP Technology LLP from July 1, 2024.
