Based on the decision of the Supervisory Board of KAP Technology LLP (Minutes No. 11/24 dated August 14, 2024), Marat Smagulov was appointed as Ombudsman of KAP Technology LLP.
The main functional responsibilities of the Ombudsman:

Consideration of requests, applications and letters from employees on issues within the competence of the Ombudsman.

Development of recommendations for persons involved in a dispute, conflict or problem situation on the settlement of conflicts/disputes.

Informing the bodies and officials of JSC NAC Kazatomprom about identified violations in the field of corporate ethics.

Providing clarification to employees on issues related to the requirements of the Code of Ethics and Compliance.

Providing assistance in solving problematic social and labor issues, in compliance with the principles of business ethics by employees.
