Center of Technical Assistance and Support Service «Almaty» of LLP «KAP Technology» in Almaty was organized on the basis of  Communication Unit «Almaty»

"CTASS Almaty" – is a dynamically developing technical training and support center, which offers its services on the IT market since 2006.

The center specializes in providing dedicated Internet access, IP-telephony, integrated solutions for voice and data services for corporate and private users.

Main areas of the activity of the center:

  • Organization of the access to the network UCTN (Unified Corporate telecommunications network), implementation of the services on the basis of CSC (Common Service Center) for the companies, including in the Holding of JSC «Kazatomprom».
  • Technical maintenance and support of the services on provision of the data transmission channels, telephony, Corporate Mail, Integrated system of Information security, 1С Accounting, industrial automated systems, and also not less important for the Holding – corporate informational systems.
  • Regulated time of  trouble clearing, identification of the reason of the accidents, registration of the requests of users with the help of the Service Desk system.
  • Monitoring of the condition of the network and server equipment through special monitoring system.
  • Organization of the secure access to the Internet for the legal entities.
  • design work and mounting of the office and corporate networks.
  • complex delivery and hardware setup for the Customer needs.
  • mounting and installation of the informational-communication systems on the Customer facility, including also on the basis of fiber-optic cable network.
