Department of support in Astana

In connection with the relocation of central office of JSC «NAC Кazatomprom» the demand arose for the organization of the separate structure. For performance of the technical maintenance and provision of communication services, such as IP-VPN, video conference, telephony, Internet, ID-TV for users of the  Central office and Subsidiaries and Affiliates in Astana in 2011 were established the Communication Agency «Astana». 

Later in October, 2015 was founded Center of Technical Assistant and Support Service «Astana» of LLP «KAP Technology». 
On the 1st of November, 2016 CTASS «Astana», connected with the reorganization, changed the name as Department of Support. 
Main areas of the activity of the Department: 

  • Organization of the access to the network UCTN (Unified corporate network of telecommunications) and implementation of the services on the basis of the CSC (Common Service Center) for the companies, including into Holding JSC «NAC «Kazatomprom». 
  • Technical maintenance and support services on provision of data transmission channels, telephony, Corporate mail, complex system of the information security, 1C Accounting, industrial automation systems, and also not less important for the Holding, corporate information systems. 
  • Regulated time of trouble clearing, identification of the reason of the accidents, registration of the requests of users, with the help of the Service Desk system. 
  • Monitoring of the condition of the network and server equipment through special system of monitoring. 
  • Provision of the VDC service
  • Implementation and support of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Organization of the secure access to the Internet for the legal entities
  • design work and mounting of the office and corporate networks
  • complex delivery and hardware setup for the Customer needs
  • mounting and installation of the informational-communication systems on the Customer facility, including also on the basis of fiber-optic cable network.
  • system integration in the telecommunication area
  • creation of wireless data transmission channels
  • support and provide quality and uninterrupted telephone service.
  • performance of applications from subsidiaries and affiliates, and third-party applications
  • maintenance and repair of personal computers
  • maintenance and repair copiers, MFP equipment
  • maintenance and repair of peripheral devices (printers).
  • maintenance of the network equipment.
  • Technical maintenance of servers.
