Functional responsibilities: In accordance with the Development Strategy of the EY and the Partnership, forms a strategic vision for the development of production, determines priority areas related to the creation and development of production in the Partnership, coordinates issues of science and innovation, ensures the development of an action plan to optimize the production and management processes of the production block of the Partnership, in order organizing work to improve the efficiency of business processes and IT services, taking into account the effects and benefits for the Partnership, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the production process and stable product output.

Provides guidance on the design and implementation of automated and robotic production technology control systems, monitors the production of specialized industrial instrumentation and control systems, manufacture of non-standardized automated equipment and other products for uranium mining and processing in order to increase the efficiency of technological processes and technical solutions that ensure the rational use of resources and quality improvement products and labor productivity growth. Provides development of information systems and services. Provides activities for analysis and support of business process, business logic and program code of information systems and services. Improves the quality of functioning of the functionality of information systems and services. In accordance with the standards of the Fund and EU, industry strategy, functional strategy in the field of information technology development, coordinates work on the development of the SAP information system in compliance with the information security regime in order to ensure functionality and full integration of key areas of activity on a single technology platform.

Graduated from: Almaty University of Energy and Communications with a degree in Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, (2011); Master's degree from Almaty University of Energy and Communications with a specialty in “Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications”, Master of Technical Sciences (2014).

The total work experience is more than 12 years. He began his work history in 2011 as an engineer at Mobile Telecom Service LLP. From 2014 to 2016 he worked as director of Uni Grand Engineering LLP. From 2016 to 2018 Director of the Project Development Department of KAP Technology LLP.

He worked at Kazpost JSC from April 2018 to June 2020 as SAP ERP Implementation Manager. From June 2021 to August 2023, Head of the digitalization and automation office of Shalkiya Zinc JSC.

From August 2023 to October 2023 Managing Director for Digitalization and Development of KAP Technology LLP.

Based on the decision of the Supervisory Board of KAP Technology LLP dated October 24, 2023, Protocol No. 11/23, from October 24, 2023, he was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Development of KAP Technology LLP.
